SAUVIGNON COLLIO DOC 2019. 2019

Pale yellow wine with greenish reflections, limpid. On the nose hints of boxwood accompanied by elegant floral and fruity notes, nettle, peppermint and white peach. On the palate it is savory and soft. It goes well with asparagus and eggs, San Daniele ham, asparagus crepes, spinach omelette, grilled fish, risotto with aromatic herbs.
